1. Acceptance of Terms<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

By engaging J&P Bali for services or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our business is built on the foundation of the Double Helix Brothers (DHB) philosophy—mutual respect, connection, and transparency.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Custom Apparel & Merch Orders<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • Approvals:<\/strong> All custom orders require written sign-off on designs, sizing, and material specifications. Once approval is received and production begins, the order is considered final.<\/li>
  • Production Variations:<\/strong> Minor variations in color, fabric density, or print placement may occur due to the nature of custom textile manufacturing.<\/li>
  • Timelines:<\/strong> Estimated production times are provided in good faith. While we aim for on-time delivery, external logistics or material sourcing delays may occur.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    3. Payments & Fulfillment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • Full Payment Upfront:<\/strong> All custom orders require full payment upfront to initiate design work and secure a production slot. No design work commences and no production capacity is reserved until payment has cleared.<\/li>
    • Non-Refundable:<\/strong> Payments become non-refundable once design work has commenced. This reflects the custom nature of our production and the material and labour committed to each order.<\/li>
    • Design Revisions:<\/strong> Each order includes up to two (2) rounds of minor design revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes will be treated as change requests and may incur additional fees.<\/li>
    • Delivery & Collection:<\/strong> Orders are delivered to hotels across Bali between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time, or made available for collection at our Legian workshop. Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery or collection.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      4. Wearable Tech (“Mood Mode”) Disclaimer<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • Technology Use:<\/strong> Our “Mood Mode” wearable technology is provided for social and promotional purposes. J&P Bali is not responsible for the behavior, actions, or interactions of users within the network.<\/li>
      • Data & Privacy:<\/strong> Users are responsible for their own data privacy settings within the app.<\/li>
      • Service Availability:<\/strong> The app and hardware tag functionality are subject to continuous development. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        5. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        • Ownership:<\/strong> You warrant that you own or have the rights to use any logos, designs, or artwork submitted to J&P Bali for printing.<\/li>
        • Right to Refuse:<\/strong> J&P Bali reserves the right to refuse the production of any content that is deemed offensive, illegal, or contrary to our core values.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          6. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          J&P Bali shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including our wearable tech ecosystem. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order or service in question.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          7. Returns & Cancellations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          • No Change of Mind Returns:<\/strong> Due to the fully custom nature of our apparel and merchandise, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing errors on approved specifications, or design regret after written approval has been provided.<\/li>
          • Cancellations:<\/strong> Orders may only be cancelled before design work has commenced. Once design work begins, payments are non-refundable in full.<\/li>
          • Manufacturing Defects:<\/strong> If there is a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to J&P Bali, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will resolve valid claims by reprint, replacement, or credit at our discretion.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            8. AI-Generated Design Services<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
            • AI Processing:<\/strong> For orders using a Premium AI Design Style (Realistic, Streetwear Graphic, Anime\/Manga, Cartoon, Vintage\/Retro, Minimalist, Comic Book, Graffiti, Tattoo Style, or Watercolor), your uploaded photos are processed using third-party AI image generation technology to create a stylised version of your artwork. AI-generated results are based on your uploaded photos but are not guaranteed to be an exact likeness, and outcomes may vary depending on the AI model and the photos provided.<\/li>
            • Revisions & Extra Renders:<\/strong> AI-generated designs are included within the standard two (2) revision rounds described in Section 3. Additional AI generation attempts beyond this allowance can be purchased as an add-on; add-on fees are non-refundable once used to generate a design.<\/li>
            • No Guarantee of Output:<\/strong> We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will match your expectations. If AI-generated results are not fit for production, we reserve the right to route your order to our in-house designer for manual completion at no additional cost.<\/li>
            • Data Use:<\/strong> Photos submitted for AI processing are sent to a third-party AI service provider solely to generate your design and are not used for any other purpose.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
