Custom Orders Are Final
Because every J&P Bali piece is custom-produced to your specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind once production has begun. The deposit required to start design work and material procurement is non-refundable.
Manufacturing Defects
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order details and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly — typically with a reprint or repair at no extra cost.
Production Variations
Minor variations in color, fabric density, or print placement are a normal part of custom textile manufacturing and are not considered defects.
